To use Mega Menus you create a menu in the usual way and then enable it in the menus setting. There is help on creating standard menus on the help blog: Menus | Glow Blog Help.
Block Theme Sites
Block theme sites do not normally have a menu editor. Activating this plugin will give you one and you can insert the menu using a shortcode.
