Mega Menu has a lot of settings!
Once the plugin has been activated there will be a link to the settings in the dashboard sidebar.
There are four sections, Locations, Menu Themes, General Settings and Tools.
There is also a link to the mega menus Documentation and Trouble Shooting pages. Be aware that some of the documentation is for the pro version of the plugin and some is for standalone sites.
