It is true that babies do not enter this work with an innate belief that they are inferior or superior depending on their gender nor are they entering with racist beliefs but rather these are developed through they influences of others around them and the media. I am pleased you truly understand your role in supporting children to develop positive beliefs and an understanding of equality amongst all.
