New Higher
This course is designed for students who have achieved a grade A or B at National 5. Students who have a grade C may be allowed to take Higher Maths but are more likely to study the course over two years.
Higher Supported Study is available each week on Monday from 3.45pm until 4.30pm.
Course Structure
The New Higher course is organised into 3 Units:
- Applications
- Expressions and Functions
- Relationships and Calculus.
Each unit has an assessment at the end which must be successfully completed. Students will be given 2 attempts at passing these assessments.
