Restorative Approaches in a secondary school: Our Journey towards empowering staff and pupils
As a school community we embrace Restorative Approaches as a means of empowering teachers to be successful and effective practitioners within their classroom. In turn this contributes to raising standards and achievement across the school and developing aspirational, motivated and responsible pupils. This workshop will explore our journey towards becoming a fully restorative school, the empowerment of staff across the school community and our approaches to ensuring our young people are invested in these approaches.
