1. As a staff, taking steps to scale down your CfE forward planning to focus mainly on evaluation / impact/ next steps in learning is an interesting approach. Thank you for sharing how, as a staff, you now feel forward plans in your schools are both informative and more relevant. It is encouraging to hear how worthwhile you feel forward planning in this way has benefitted staff, pupils and management.
