Ar Prìomhachasan Sgoile | Our School Improvement Plan Priorities 2024-25

Glasgow City Council’s Education Services have created a set of five challenges, to which schools should align their improvement priorities. Within the challenges, schools are tasked to devise missions which will move the school forward.

Challenge: Achievement and Progress: Engagement, Participation and Inclusion
Mission 1: To improve the pedagogy of differentiation across all classes, leading to improved attainment in Literacy

Challenge: Wellbeing and Learning
Mission 2: Develop a shared understanding of the role of Health and Wellbeing and Inclusion in improving outcomes for all learners

Challenge: Engagement, Participation and Inclusion
Mission 3: Work closely with all stakeholders – pupils, families, staff and partners – to create a strong vision, values and aims for BSGAC
