You can use the block editor to edit posts and pages on sites with any theme.
Block themes (like Twenty Twenty-two, Twenty Twenty-Three and Twenty Twenty-Four) enable far more block design controls in the Styles tab. Classic themes (like Twenty Fourteen) do not, so editors will see a limited set of controls.
