A stretchy paragraph will fill the available width.
Stretchy paragraphs are good for single lines of text. They might be best thought of as a vacation of a paragraph. They can be inserted with the block inserter, but it might be better to just create a paragraph and then change it to stretchy. Multiline paragraphs will end up being tiny.
It is worth checking how the text looks on mobile. In the above example the text is smaller than the text in the ‘normal’ paragraphs.
