We planted daffodil bulbs in September and they have started to grow already. We think they might be growing early because our classroom is very warm.
Today we measured the shoots. We found the tallest is 14cm and the smallest is 2cm.

It may seem a little bit early but Christmas will soon be here. P3 are creating the props and decoration for the Christmas Show. We are caring for the environment by reusing paper and tarpaulin to create a huge tree and snowman.
We have been learning about Scotland with Mr Orr and we are looking forward to twinning with a school in another country. We are going to send the other school all of the information we researched about Scotland.

They felt : smooth, crispy, squishy and hard
They smelled like : banana, honey, bread and apple mixed with honey.
They tasted like : burnt apple, crispy apple, honey mixed with apple and banana.
Today we learned how to paint a clown face. We are going to write instructions for another class to follow.
