Here you will find copies of the letters that have been issued so far. We are well aware that pupils often forget or lose letters, so please check this archive and hopefully you can find the documentation you are looking for.
Money & Clothing – After the parents meeting it was clear that families wanted some more clarity about money on the trip. We have put together this letter and issued on Tuesday 19th November. This letter also discusses ski clothing.
Final Presentation – This presentation was showing to all parents at the final meeting on Wednesday 13th November.
Get Ski Pupil Info – This was issued to all pupils on Friday 8th November. This letter is to invite families to complete the online form to provide ski fitting information as well as dietary requirements. All families must fill this out before the parents meeting this Wednesday.
Passport – Issued at the Halsbury meeting on Thursday 24th October. This letter was issued to ask parents to provide a photocopy of the pupils passports.
TourOperatorMeeting – Issued on Thursday 10th October. This letter was issued to inform parents about a Tour Operator meeting, staffing and a reminder on EHIC Cars.
EHIC – Issued to pupils on Thursday 5th September informing parents about EHIC/GHIC cards. A photocopy of the card needs to be gathered for the ski trip in December.
2nd Last Payment – Issued to pupils on Friday 23rd August reminding parents of the £800 mile stone by 29th June 2024. Clothing & Equipment and parents meetings have also been mentioned in this letter.
HalfWay Payment – Issued to pupils on Wednesday 12th June reminding parents of the £600 mile stone by 20th June 2024.
Gathering Passport Data – Issued to 40 pupils who are attending the trip on 17th May 2024 in order to gather data required by the tour company.
Reserve List – Issued to the 20 pupils who are currently on the reserve list. Monday 4th March
Gather Deposits 2024– Issued to the first 40 pupils who have been selected for the trip on Monday 4th March

Clothing– Issued to the first 40 pupils who have been selected for the trip on Monday 4th March. This document gives advice to parents/carers about what clothing is needed for the ski trip. This information can also be found on the website.
Gather interest Ski Letter – The ski letter was shared with pupils on Monday 12th February. This was the letter that was used to gather names of those pupils who were interested in attending.
