Glasgow’s Big Breakfast Club
A Breakfast Club runs each day in the dinner hall and is available to all pupils in the school. Breakfast is served from 8.00am – 8.45am at a cost of £2 per day and £1 per day for any additional siblings attending (no cost to children who receive free meals). Pupils wishing to attend Breakfast Club should report to the dinner hall between 8.00am – 8.45am and register attendance before eating their breakfast.
The Breakfast Club offers cereal, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, raisins, milk, and fruit juice each day. If your child requires special dietary requirements and intends to attend the breakfast club please contact 0141-353-9237 to allow suitable arrangements to be made.
Having a good breakfast is a great start to the day. Your child can enjoy a good breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere where pupils can meet friends under supervision, prior to the start of school. Videos are shown on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and games are available for pupils on Tuesday and Thursday.
Please remember that if your child is attending the Breakfast Club to remind them of road safety. Crossing patrols will not start any earlier therefore it is the parent’s responsibility for their child’s safe arrival at school.
Pupils are allowed to leave the dinner hall from 8.45am to join friends in the playground where the janitor will provide an adult presence patrolling the playground.
