Netball is fast becoming one of the most popular sports in Glasgow for girls. Generating around 500 – 750 attendances over the school year!

Festivals and Finals

The Netball team coordinate multiple primary festivals throughout the year. These festivals develop into area finals in which 4 teams from the north west, north east and south of the city are selected in qualifying for the Citywide Glasgow Schools Primary Netball Finals.

Glasgow Active Schools Netball League

The Glasgow Active Schools Netball League delivers to 52 teams across our 4 leagues in the secondary, resulting in just under 200 matches being played.

Our league encompasses multiple divisions including S1, S2, S3&4 and S5&6. We look to ensure all secondary schools across Glasgow have the opportunity to participate, promoting widespread engagement in Netball.

CPD Opportunities

We provide in house workshops to our young ambassadors, sports leaders, college students and teachers, in upskilling them in the sport and enabling them to deliver quality netball lessons thoughout the year to our young people.
