It combines running with functional workouts, appealing to fitness enthusiasts looking for a challenging competition. Its growth has been bolstered by increasing awareness through events, social media, and the rising trend of functional fitness, making it a popular choice for people across the globe.

In November 2024, we organised our first-ever schools Hyrox/fitness competition as a trial run, involving primarily schools from the northeast. The event featured pairs of boys and girls competing in a fitness workout against other schools.
