Introducing Discover: On Demand — Rolls-Royce’s new virtual work experience platform

Discover: On Demand is Rolls-Royce virtual work experience platform that provides young professionals the chance to be part of something bigger. We recognise that today’s students hold the key to the next generation of solutions. Through courses on Future-Ready Skills, Career Tasters and Employability Skills, participants will develop the insights and capabilities needed to succeed in engineering and business.

Why take part?

  • Understand what engineering and business careers (Project Managers, Aerospace Engineers and more) actually involve
  • Recognise which roles and skills feel right for you

Visit to AC Whyte | Construction Aware

As part of the Construction Aware Programme, we recently visited AC Whyte & Co Ltd to learn about CAD design, energy efficiency, and sustainability in construction.

Pupils took part in Health and Safety training and practical plastering activities, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into real industry skills.
