Summer Programme – Week 2

This week, we enjoyed a trip to Ayr Beach, taking in the views while treating ourselves to an ice cream and some chippy chips.

We also visited Kelvin Hall, where we learned about the history of animation by exploring Victorian inventions like stereoscopes, zoetropes and magic lantern projectors. We then got creative by making our own thaumatropes and zoetrope strips to see how moving images were created.

Another week filled with new experiences, creativity and lots of fun!

Summer Programme – Week 1
