Reflecting on your ‘I can empower other colleagues to make change’ statement, I wonder if you double mapped the professional learning coaching wheel to chart the setting in which you work? What did it tell you?

    Moving foreard, could you see yourself using this coaching wheel with others in your setting? Or would you see the support being more implciit or modelled through your leadership in the classroom and on this course?
