A School Improvement Plan (SIP) outlines the key priorities and actions identified by the Senior Leadership Team to support ongoing development within the school. At Ibrox, our SIP is firmly rooted in our vision, values and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for all learners. It highlights our strengths, identifies areas for improvement, and sets out clear, achievable actions. The plan also details who is responsible for each priority and includes measurable timescales to ensure progress is effectively tracked.
