Please note tickets will be recorded on a register and names will be taken at the door to confirm you have your ticket, paper tickets will not be issued. Times will be confirmed once we have total numbers, the disco(s) will run between 4 and 6pm. The form will remain open until Wed 25th October, after this time no more tickets will be available.
