P2a have enjoyed lots of STEM activities over the last two weeks!
We took apart some laptops from the tinkering trolley!

We made lego bridges and lego towers to balance a ball.

We challenged ourselves to make the tallest tower using spaghetti and playdough.

We also really enjoyed using magnets building shapes with Mr Ramsay.

This week Primary 3a have had lots of fun trying out different activities and experiments as part of our STEM fortnight. We watched the sugar on skittles dissolving and were surprised by the colourful patterns they made in water.

We investigated the power of magnets and used different materials to see who could build the tallest towers.

Today we finished and tested our marble mazes. It was a good challenge trying to keep the marble in between the straws!
