P5a have had the best time today celebrating World Book Day. The activities included Quizzes, Reveal the Book, Guess the Teacher and a scavenger hunt!

P5a spent yesterday solving the murder of the panda bear in the music room. Who could the chief suspect be??? 🤔🤔🤔 All clues led to Mrs Gibson!!!! 😱

No outdoor lesson today as the rain wouldn’t go away.  So a STEM lesson on learning how to build a bridge. We had to show our engineering skills today.

This week P5a went outside to complete some timed events for numeracy using our iPad as a timer and stopwatch.

P5a created  funky 1980s inspired sunglasses with coloured inserts. We are all cool dudes!!!

P5a spent the afternoon learning about friction and forces. This culminated in us designing and creating a land boat that had to move by wind power.
