Home Learning – PE

eeping active is good for our physical and mental health.
Use the PE grid attached to help you keep active whilst learning from home,
On your weekly learning timetable you have 2 PE slots. Please choose an activity to complete at these times. You may complete more across the week if you wish. Activities can be repeated more than once.
Joe Wicks – The Body Coach is also hosting live PE sessions during this period of school closure. This is another great way to keep fit and active. These sessions can be accessed on The Body Coach You Tube page –
