Today’s focus will be on revising the words we have been learning this week. We will also do a spelling test.

Grammar
Today’s literacy focus will be on grammar. We will be looking at homophones and using these within a sentence.
Green and Blue group
You should begin by watching the PowerPoint named “Homophones Intro”. Once you have watched this you will be ready to begin your task – “Homophones Task”.
If you want to give yourself an extra literacy challenge this morning you can complete – “Homophones Extra Task”.

You should begin by completing the task – “Red Group Word Matching”. You will be using the sounds we have been learning to complete this task.
If you finish this and would like an extra challenge, try writing some sentences that use the words from your worksheet.
