Literacy Task – 11.10-12.10pm

Read over the story in black underneath. Do this on your own as much as you can but remember to ask for help if you get stuck. Look at the sentences in red. What are the missing words? Can you find them in the story? Get an adult to draw some lines in your jotter. Copy each sentence and fill in the missing word. Remember your capital letters(at the start of a sentence and at someone’s name) full stops, finger spaces and neat writing. Take a new line for each sentence. Underneath your sentences, draw a picture of Meg and Ben hiding in the den.

If you have time, make a den for you and one of your toys to hide in and act out the story!
