Elizabeth Dulemba is an award-winning author, illustrator, teacher, blogger, and speaker (includingTED) with over thirty books to her credit, including her debut novel, A Bird on Water Street which garnered the title of Georgia Author of the Year, and her most recent picture book as illustrator Crow Not Crow written by New York Times Best-selling author, Jane Yolen and Adam Stemple. Elizabeth holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia, an MFA in Illustration (with Distinction) from the University of Edinburgh, and is currently a PhD Researcher in Children’s Literature at the University of Glasgow (Scotland) where she is also a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the School of Education. In the summers she travels to Roanoke, Virginia where she is Visiting Associate Professor at Hollins University in the MFA in Writing and Illustrating Children’s Books low-residency program.
