SOS Sports Festival
At the start of the year P7 partnered up with a P7 class from St Martha’s to complete a series of workshops around sectarianism in Glasgow. Since then we have completed lots of work on the history of sectarianism, and thoroughly enjoyed reading Divided City by Theresa Breslin, which is a story about two boys who support opposite football teams in Glasgow.
This week we met up with St Martha’s again to take part in a sporting event at Soccerworld. Everyone had to work together to take part in a variety of games, and finished the morning with either football or dance. Great fun was had by all, and it was a fab way to round up the end of an incredibly busy term.
Can’t believe there is only one term left at Primary school for our P7s!!
