There is no doubt that the positive ethos of the school, the firm but fair discipline, the children’s attitude to learning and each other, are all reflected in the wearing of our school colours.
Our uniform enhances the feeling of “belonging” to the school and also increases our security as it makes any intruder to our buildings or grounds easier to identify.

We are proud of our school colours, and are sure that the wearing of them adds a sense of pride and of responsibility to the wearer.
All children are expected to wear school uniform.
Our St. Leonard’s uniform is –
• Grey or black trousers (no jeans) or skirt or pinafore
• White polo shirt or white shirt and tie
• Red school sweatshirt, red jumper or red cardigan
• Black school shoes
Our Primary 7 pupils receive a P7 tie at the end of their P6 year.
In addition, there is usually an opportunity for pupils to purchase a Leavers Hoodie during their final year at St. Leonard’s (as shown above).
P.E. Kit

- Shorts or leggings/joggers
- Trainers or plimsoles/gym shoes
- These should be brought in a bag and kept in school Mon – Fri (take home to wash at weekends)
