Our school is proud to be part of Fife Council’s Transforming Learning programme, which provides every learner from P6 to S6 with a personal iPad to enhance digital access and support modern, creative learning.
Our P6 and P7 pupils use their iPads to engage in interactive lessons, create multimedia projects, access personalised learning tools, and make use of built‑in accessibility features that help every child learn in a way that suits them

Documenting our Transforming Learning Journey
We are also documenting our digital learning journey using Book Creator, which we update regularly. In this shared space, our P6 and P7 learners reflect on the digital skills they are developing, the lessons they have carried out using their iPads, what they are enjoying most, and the challenges they are working to overcome. This ongoing record helps us celebrate progress, track growth, and show how Transforming Learning is making a real impact in our classrooms.
Transforming Learning Showcase
We were delighted to be selected to take part in a Transforming Learning showcase, where members of Fife Council’s Communication and Engagement team visited our school to film our teachers and pupils using their iPads. The team captured real classroom learning in action, demonstrating how digital tools are enhancing teaching, boosting engagement, and supporting creativity across our primary setting. The showcase highlighted the positive impact that iPads are already having on learners’ confidence, independence, and day‑to‑day learning experiences.
