Dunfermline United Burns Club (DUBC)
Each year the DUBC run its annual art competition to encourage awareness of the poems and songs of Robert Burns.
Artwork to be submitted by P6 & P7 pupils to their teacher who will choose up to 12 pieces to be put forward for judging in the competition.
Artwork themes can come from a Burns song or poem with a SUGGESTION of encouraging some lesser known works. This is to avoid a proliferation of pictures of red roses! Scenes from Tam O’Shanter will be welcomed.
Paper is provided and must be used due to the copying of the winners artwork.
THE WINNER’s artwork will be enlarged and framed before being displayed in Fire Station Creative as well as a framed copy for the winners school to display.
