S5/S6 – School College Partnership Courses (Mr Fulton)
All pupils who participate in School College Partnership courses on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons should already be aware that these have now finished for the summer and will restart on Tuesday 26 August. There is no need to attend college this week or next.

Please attend your additional SE session P2 today in the Library with Lift Off from Abertay university. Register with your teacher first.

S6 House Captain Applications (Mr Sanderson)
The KHS House Leaders are looking for enthusiastic individuals to lead their House for 2025-26. Interested individuals must be S6 and submit their application via the QR code by 3:25pm on Thursday 26 June.
Successful candidates will be invited to an interview on Monday 30 June at lunchtime.

S5/S6 EMA Applications 2025/26 (Mrs Cook)
EMA application forms can now only be accessed and completed online at www.fife.gov.uk/ema. If successful, an EMA Learning Agreement will be posted out to your home address. Please remember you also need to make a new application each academic year. Note – Applications for the 2025/26 academic year will be open on Monday 7 July 2025. Please complete form and return to Mrs Cook in the school office.

Celebrate Poland (The Equalities Group)
During the month of June, we are celebrating Poland. Matilda Tickets are now on sale for our production of Matilda on 25th, 26th & 27th June at 7:30pm in our Assembly Hall. Come and be entertained by our amazing cast and crew in their dynamic, fresh and exciting musical production of Matilda! Tickets available at the school office – £7 full price, £4 concessions.

Live in the Assembly Hall 25th 26h 27th June 2025 at 7.30PM Ticket Prices: Full Price £7 Concessions £4. Orchestrations and Additional Music by Chris Nightingale. This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International. All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.

Article 27: Healthy Food – Free Food (Mrs Young)
Free Food: We are trying to reduce food waste therefore can you please come along to D2 at the end of each day to make use of the free food that is available. This will include food that has been cooked in home economics as well as fresh food that needs to be used up. This will be available every day on a first come first served basis and will help make sure food does not get binned which is good for us and the environment! There is usually even more excess on a Friday so get down ASAP! Thanks, Rights Respecting Schools Group

LGBT+ Group (Dr Murray) 🏳️‍⚧️
The LGBT+ Group meets on Tuesday lunchtime in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science). It is a social space open to EVERYONE whether you are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, any other identity, or an ally of the community. See Dr Murray for a pass if you want to come. Bring your lunch!

S2 Lunchtime Code Club (Mr Turnbull)
Calling all likeminded S2 with an interest in coding. Meet in D6 every Mon, Tue, Wed. See Mr Turnbull in D6 for a pass.

S1-S2 Netball (Miss Johnston & Mrs Poynter)
S1-S2 will train on Tuesday night, 3:30-4:15pm.

S3 Netball (Mrs Steedman)
Netball training will now be on a Tuesday after school. Any one welcome to come along!

KHS Radio Show on K107FM (Dr Murray) 📻
We present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy’s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch/building pass.

Anime and Manga Club (Ms Kelsey)
Anime and Manga club will be on a Wednesday lunchtime in B29.

Glee Choir (Mr Wilkie)
Glee Choir will run in the Music Department on a Wednesday lunchtime in E12.

Classics Film Club (Mrs Brown)
Classics Film Club is at lunch time today. All welcome. Bring your lunch to C11. See me in advance for a pass. The Mummy Returns: Brilliant, if daft, movie about an evil resurrected Mummy wreaking havoc.
