Success at the Fife Festival of Music

We had a whirlwind of excitement at the Fife Festival of Music! 70 KHS pupils performed as soloists, duets and ensembles at the Adam Smith Theatre. They were smart and respectful, listening to other performances and giving lovely positive comments to those who won a class or performed well.

Our performers chose either to perform in a non-competitive or a competitive class. They each received quality feedback from an adjudicator.

Well done in particular to…
🌟Caitlin C. (Intermediate Woodwind Class – Won)
🌟Cameron K. – S4 (Introductory Woodwind Class – Won)
🌟Wind Band (Competitive Wind Band Gold Award)
🌟Briana A. – S5 (Percussion Open – Won Percussion Teachers Trophy an Intermediate Piano Class Joint winner)
🌟String Ensemble (Secondary Instrumental Ensemble Class Silver Award)
🌟Stephanie M. – S1 (Introductory Strings Class – Won)

As Briana won the percussion open class, she was then invited to attend the Young Musician Final 21 and under class on Friday night on stage at the Adam Smith Theatre. She played beautifully and passionately as did all the other musicians.

We are so proud of all our musicians!
