FRIDAY 11 JUNE

Hot Meal: Carrot and coriander soup, Breaded fish/salmon fish fingers, chips and peas or beans or Chicken peri peri and rice, chips and peas.

S1 Action Group (Mrs Duckett)
S1 Action Group meeting today. Pupils who are involved need to go to Mrs Duckett’s room, E12, at the beginning of period 5. Please see Mrs Duckett if you have any questions prior to the meeting.

S2 Latin – Oswald (Mrs Shearer)
Our Latin lesson due today (Friday 11th) period 7 has been postponed until next Friday (18th) period 7, as Mrs Shearer is out of school this afternoon.

Exciting Opportunities in Modern Studies and Politics (Miss Young)
There are a few things going on at the moment which may be of interest to any of you that are not leaving this year! Firstly the Mock Court and Debate Project and secondly the Scottish Youth Parliament elections. We are looking for people to take part in both, if you have any interest in this please come to B14 on Monday at break for more info/to express interest.

Fitzgerald Trust Scheme – 2021/2022 (Mrs Spence)
Applications are invited from SCHOOL PUPILS for awards from the funds of the above Trust Scheme in respect of the academic year 2021/2022. Awards are available to assist pupils in continuing their education at school in fifth and sixth years. Applicants must be attending a secondary school in Kirkcaldy and must be resident within the former Burgh of Kirkcaldy at the time the award is made. Further particulars and application forms may be obtained from the school office and forms should be returned to the school office no later than Friday 10 September 2021.
NOTE: Pupils leaving school to go to University or a College of Further Education MUST NOT COMPLETE THE FORM REFERRED TO ABOVE. Application forms for POST-SCHOOL STUDENTS can be obtained at the Town House, Kirkcaldy or by emailing fitzgeraldtrust@fife.gov.uk

Saltire Awards (Miss Lipton)
For those of you who are volunteering, both in and out of school, can you please submit any hours ASAP to either Miss Lipton directly or through the Form in the Team to allow these to be claimed before the end of the year. Any issues or questions about this please see Miss Lipton in D9.

Lost Property (J Davidson)
Jacket with furry collar left in room opposite Mrs Davidson’s office, silver necklace found in disabled toilet sink on Wednesday, toy car found in IT Hub – all items at the office to be claimed!

Language Club (Mr Lagorio)
Language club will not be running for the last two weeks of term.

Friday lunchtime in the PSO base. Products are provided in discreet bags so you can just come and grab what you need. There will also be bags on the toilet doors. Please take all the products from the bag, not just one. Thank You!

MONDAY 14 JUNE

Friendship Group (Mrs Rae)
Friendship Group will meet on Monday lunchtime at 1:15pm in the PSO Base. We do arts and crafts, play games and chat.

Physics Study Support (Miss Tennant)
Every Monday in A7 – 3:15-4:15pm.
