Typing is an important digital skill and includes knowledge of keyboard layout, typing to input text or data and using keyboard shortcuts.
The standard keyboard layout is shown below and is referred to as a QWERTY keyboard.
The letter keys are all in uppercase and sometimes it helps to see these in lowercase too, as shown below.
