Cyber Resilience and Internet Safety

This organiser encompasses the Cyber Resilience and Internet Safety skills and understanding that learners need to develop in order to be responsible and safe digital citizens.

Starting at Early Level, learners are exploring how we interact in the online world and developing an understanding of safety and resilience. Moving on First and Second Level, learners are developing their knowledge and understanding of how to be a digital citizen. For Third and Fourth Level, learners are applying knowledge of how to keep themselves and their data safe online.

Cyber Resilience

​Cyber resilience is for individuals or organisations to be able to prepare for, withstand, rapidly recover and learn from deliberate attacks or accidental events in the online world .

Internet Safety

​Internet Safety is the knowledge of maximising the user’s personal safety and security risks on private information and property associated with using the internet​.
