Elie is a Rights Respecting School!                                                                        

The children learn about the UNCRC and lessons are often linked to the children’s rights. We hold fundraisers for charity events which help to highlight to children that around the world (and even across the UK) that not all children have their rights met.

Each year the children create a Classroom Charter based around the rights they feel are most relevant to the classroom. We also have a Playground Charter to ensure everyone is allowing others to play safely, be included and feel listened to.
