It is important to us that parents and children have a positive experience of school. If parents or guardians have any queries or concerns they can contact us by:
- phoning the school office (01592 583418) or coming into the office to make an appointment to see the child’s teacher, the Headteacher (Mrs Smith), the Depute Headteacher (Mrs Cloy) or the Support for Learning Teacher;
- contacting the Headteacher on caskieberranps.enquiries@fife.gov.uk
- phoning the school office to speak to the Headteacher
- writing a note to your child’s Teacher or the Headteacher
Please note that due to COVID restrictions no face to face appointments are available. We will notify you when the situation changes and we are able to see you in school once again.
All concerns are addressed by the Class Teacher, Principal Teacher, Depute Headteacher or Headteacher, depending on their nature.
Where appropriate, parents should always be given
feedback on how the concern is being addressed.
Any prospective parent who would like to learn more about the school should phone the office to make an appointment to meet with the headteacher who can give them a tour of the school
and answer any questions which may arise.
