Parent Meetings

Childs Plan Meeting

A lot of children within our school have a Child’s Plan document which pulls together actions and aims for all agencies and professionals surrounding that child.  These meetings are held regularly and include all relevant professionals.  Child’s Plan meetings will be organised by whoever currently holds the Child’s Plan.  This is normally either School, Health or Social Work.  Currently these meetings are held virtually over Microsoft Teams.

Review Meeting

In the case where a child does not have a Child’s Plan review meetings may be called by school or other relevant professionals, such as health as and when the need arises.  Parents are also very welcome to ask for a review meeting to be held for any school related issue regardless of whether a pupil has a Child’s Plan document or not.  We have an open door policy and encourage our parents to work with us in order to best improve outcomes for their children.

Parent / Teacher Meeting

We host two parents evenings per year where you will have the opportunity to discuss with the teacher any concerns or questions you may have about with your child’s education or wellbeing . Parents will be notified by the school office about the dates. Staff can be on hand if you require assistance with your child during the meeting.
