Blairhall Primary School has a group of pupils in charge of being our Health and Safety Reps around the school.

We decided to create the committee because everyone has the right to be safe in school so they wanted to make sure that this happens.

Being a Health and Safety Rep is a very important role. It is our responsibility to do regular checks around our school and playground. By doing these checks, it helps everyone feel safer in our school.

Pupils and adults can help us stay safe by cleaning up rubbish, tidying clutter and reporting dangerous or unsafe items or areas to our Janitor. We can all help by working as a team.
