At the end of the academic year, pupils will be given the opportunity to make choices about the courses they will take in the following year. Pupils will be issued with course choice information during their Social Education time prior to course counselling. A summary of the option choices for each year group for Session 2017-18 has now been released with the full course choice information to be released during February.

Skills Development Scotland has launched a choices toolkit which aims to support pupils to make choices for their future career pathways. The toolkit allows learners to connect subjects with potential career opportunities and relevant job profiles. The toolkit can be access via the My World of Work website.
