16 Days of Action

The 16 Days of Action (or Activism) is a global campaign that calls for the elimination and prevention of Violence against Women and Girls. Every year the campaign begins on the 25th of November, the International Day for the Elimination of
Violence Against Women, and ends on the 10th of December, the Human Rights Day.

This year, a series of events are being hosted across Forth Valley to raise awareness of this issue and the resources available in the area. Learning events are being delivered by Stirling Women’s Aid, White Ribbon Scotland, Police Scotland, Equally Safe Falkirk, and many others. There will also be training sessions and workshops.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Data Session

We recently held a data event with a specific theme surrounding families. We collaborated with schools, healthcare, and local partner organisations to discuss how we deliver meaningful engagements with children, young people, and families across Falkirk to develop our services and improve the support we provide.
