A day to develop and refresh communication skills to empower parents to make informed choices and access the services they are entitled to. This training will support professionals skills to interact with parents in their everyday work. The main focus of this training will also support professionals with families that are the hardest to reach. This training will develop and provide ideas on how to stay engaged with families and work with their own motivations to meet the needs of their child.
