Anna put another fantastic post on to her blog recently … it even made her mum feel nice and ‘warmy’ 🙂
It’s a great post. She wrote:
‘What is sad?-
Sad is a type of emotion in wich people are really down all the time. I dont like people being sad because sometimes they are really nasty to you and make you feel guilty.
What to do if your sad?- Your Friends can help loads. They can make you feel really good inside and make you feel all warmy and nice.
What is Happy?-
Happy is an emotion which is opposite from sad and if you are happy you smile all the time and are just really full of energy and HAPPY!!
How to be Happy?-
If you are a little bit on the sad side here are some tips on how to be happy.
Smiles make you miles better and you smilimg will make others smile.
Treat everyone like you would want to be treated.
Dont be nasty and just love everyone.’
What great advice! Thanks Anna … and you can read the comments on her post (including a lovely one from her mum!) on her blog. Just click HERE to take you there – maybe you’d like to leave a comment too 🙂

We took two children, Miriam and Ellie, and asked them what they liked to do. Watch the video to see their answers.
