These employers are looking to recruit pupils directly from school and provide fully paid employment as well as sending participants to university or college to achieve industry recognised qualifications. Permanent contracts are usually offered after successful completion of school leaver programme. Role Responsibilities: HR Coverage Provide administration support to the HR Coverage officers including typing, documenting meetings, scanning to employee files.
