Community Care Worker
Careline Home Support, a leading home care provider, is looking to recruit Community Care Workers to join theirteam in Glasgow specifically for the Southside area.
The role will involve:
- Providing good quality care
- Assisting people using the services, enabling them to live independently in their own home, regardless of age or disability
- Ensuring the person is using our service to retain as much of their dignity and individuality
- Being allocated a weekly rota, allowing service users to become familiar with you and build a strong relationship
- Being part of a team which has a main purpose of providing continuity of care
The successful candidate should possess:
- Good verbal and written skills in English
- Willingness to undertake SVQ in level 2 or 3 training
- Communication/interpersonal skills
- Tolerant/patient/sensitive/discreet
- Commitment to personal development
