Primary 7 have decided to do Brazil as a topic . Today we were researching key facts about Brazil’s Favelas and creatively displaying our information. Here are some of our finished products.

Green-fingered botany lesson on the go first thing today. We have been putting our planting skills to the test. The next challenge will be  to water our plants and make sure we keep them healthy.

Flexible Friday is where children have the freedom to choose their own path through the work that has to be completed. They work with the teacher, each other or independently across tasks in the curriculum.

Primary 7 were learning about synonyms and antonyms. Synonyms are words that look different but mean the same. An antonym is a word opposite in meaning to another. Primary 7 faced a thesaurus challenge race where they had to locate a specific word and share a synonym with the class.
