Masterclasses

Every Friday afternoon, Primary 4 have been completing a master class. The first four weeks we did baking.
On the first week we made flapjacks. We used syrup, butter, oats and sugar.
The next Friday we made rice crispy cakes. We used rice crispies, butter and syrup.
The next Friday we made pizza! We used pitta, pizza sauce, peppers, mushrooms, oregano and sweetcorn.
The last week of baking was cheese scone. We used self raising flour, milk and cheese.

Jessica’s favourite week was when we made flapjacks. Sania’s favourite week was when we made rice crispy cakes.

Woodwork
Last week Primary 4 started woodwork with Mrs Booker. We designed miniature furniture. That is basically furniture which is small. Mrs Booker then gave us a piece of paper where you could draw what you are going to make.
Sania: I’m making a bed and a table if I can make it!
Jessica: I am making a table and a chair if I have time!
Mrs Booker showed us all the equipment which we are going to use next Friday. The type of wood which we are going to use is balsa wood. That is wood which is very bendy and feels like foam.
