In P2c we decided to create our own allotment in the playground outside our classroom. Last week we used the iPads to research different fruit and vegetables that we could grow, to see what we’d be able to harvest before the summer holidays. 🥕🍓 Having done that, today we had 2 tons of top soil / compost delivered! We then used it to fill up our raised beds 😀🌱

Gymnastics
Today Primary 2 were developing their gymnastics skills using a vault, springboard and benches, as well as practicing different balances 🤸♀️
Outdoor Learning: Planting Daffodils
As part of our outdoor learning today, we planted 420 daffodil bulbs in and around the trees in the field beside our school! 🌱🌼☀

‘White Christmas’ – P2c Competition Entry
Today we entered a competition to win a ‘Sky Cinema Christmas’ for our school. To do this we learned the song ‘White Christmas’ and recorded ourselves singing, before submitting it to Virgin Radio 🙂
