This is your first homework of 2020! Please find homework attached below. If you have any questions or need reminded of your Read Theory log in, please see me before Friday 17th.
Please choose one of the following comprehensions to work on. The second passage has slightly trickier questions attached so please complete this if you would like a challenge.

We had a very exciting week finding out our parts in this years P7 school show! Over the next few weeks, please start to practice the show songs included in your booklet as we learn them in school. You will also find the songs attached below. Have a lovely weekend 🙂

Church Service Readers
Today we had two fantastic readers from P7c leading our school church service. They did an excellent job and we are all very proud of them. Well done L and A!
Winter Poetry❄️
P7c got into the festive spirit by writing some excellent winter poems. Can you guess what we were writing about?
P7 Show!
We are very excited to announce that the primary 7 show for this year is… Aladdin! Today we had a chance to listen to some of the songs which will be included in our school show and discuss the different acting roles which we can audition for.
Auditions for the acting roles will be taking place after Christmas so please have a practice of the scripts and the songs over the holidays.

Technology Challenge
A huge well done to primary 7 for taking part in this years technology challenge! The design brief was to build a Christmas tree which was at least 1 metre high, free standing and included Christmas decorations. P7c worked in groups within their houses to design and build their own Christmas trees using junk materials. All groups did a fantastic job and we are all very impressed with the finished creations!

Monday Fun Day!
We are all set and ready to have our spectacular P7 fun day on Monday! Remember to bring any items that you may need. We are all very excited 🙂
Story Books
P7 worked really hard to create and write story books for the primary 1 children. They worked in groups to plan the characters, plot and illustrations and got the chance to read their fantastic stories to primary 1 this week. Both primary 7 and primary 1 really enjoyed this experience! Well done 🙂
