In swimming I got four golds from a competition.I was very happy because every year we do it and this saturday I will do it again.
Swimming
I moved up in swimming with one more level to go with my friend Nicole at David Loyd leisure centre.
I Swam 1 Kilometre
I swam 1000 metres or 1 kilometre (1 kilometre sounds alot cooler).
Over the summer I went to an event at my local swimming pool; and swam 1 kilometre, it was really tiring and I was exhausted. After that I got a medal.
Film Making Course
During the summer holidays i attended a 11-16 film making course that was on 9 hours a day for a week. We used professional equipment like £2000 cameras boomsticks and stuff. We learned how to make films and we had a rotation of jobs like director, camera operator, DOP, sound operator, script writer, editor and actor. We filmed scenes from the Dark Knight, Hunt For the Wilder People, Hannibal and Ferris Bueler’s Day Off. At the end of the course we edited the clips using editor premium (a complicated editing software).
Quran Completion
Yesterday I finished the 1st quran then i moved on to the second. I am happy. I did not take that long.
Speed Skating
Three weeks ago l travelled all the way to Nottingham in England to a speed skating competition. This was the first time I had gone to this rink and everyone was feeling was very intimidated.
All of the coaches were making their skaters practice their starts and stretching in front of all of us . But over all I got a 1st,2st,2st and a 4th. And I am very happy that I went.
