School Show

We watched the P7 dress rehearsal on Monday. We thought the show was…. “amazing, spectacular, tremendous, fabulous, fantastic, heroic, super, awesome, good, wonderful , cool and lovely”.  Some of the songs have been stuck in our heads since we heard them! We know that the Primary 7s worked very hard amd we’re very proud of them.

 

Celebration of Achievement

We went to Newton Mearns Baptist Church for our Celebration of Achievement.  Our friends in P5 walked along with us. Fleming won the House Shield for Sports Day.  Stevenson won the House Shield and will go to Five Sisters Zoo on Monday for a wonderful day out.  We sang songs together.  We liked all the songs so much we couldn’t decide which one was our favourite.

 

Woodlands

All of P2 went to the woodland this week as the weather was better. We played games with the fort that some of the children built, we played on the tyre swing.  Some of us found a secret entrance near the fort.

 

Playdoh recipe

We have been making playdoh in our Science area.  If you would like to make it at home you will need

8 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of salt

1 tablespoon cream of tartare (you can do without it this, but it makes it easier to shape)

1 tablespoon of oil

8 tablespoons of water

any colour of food colouring or glitter you might like to add.
